STUDENT membership is for sTUDENTS CURRENTLY ENROLLED FULL-TIME IN A HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, OR TRADE SCHOOL WITH A DESIRE TO WORK IN THE TEJANO MUSIC RECORDING INDUSTRY UPON GRADUATION.
THIS CLASSIFICATION INCLUDES:
A. Students whose education is directly related to the Tejano music industry; or
B. Students who are currently actively involved in the Tejano recorded music or music video industries, but who do not yet meet the voting membership requirements.
C. Minimum age requirement: Fifteen (15) years old
All applicants must submit supporting documentation:
· Recommendation letter provided by a music educator
· Current valid student ID
· Social Media (if available)
The Tejano Music Recording Academy reserves the discretionary right of admission. The decision of each membership application is based on the evaluation of the submitted support material.
